- Check security software
- If you have an antivirus, firewalls, or more. Check to see if it’s preventing you from connecting to the internet
- Check Internet connection
- Check to see if your computer is connected to the wifi by clicking on the ethernet or wifi logo that is located on the bottom right of your screen.
- Restart your computer
- Giving your computer a restart will restart all of your settings that might be able to let your computer connect to the internet
